Founded in 2020, The BLOOM Initiative is a grassroots nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting, growing, and preserving the creative community of Paducah, KY - 1 of 9 UNESCO Creative Cities in the world - through live entertainment and the performing arts.

BLOOM exists to give artists a consistent platform to create, express,  and earn a sustainable, fair wage through class-act live productions.  In addition, there is an established scholarship assistance program for students that was set in motion in 2017.  A mentorship program is also being developed to further assist aspiring youth within our public school system.

BLOOM was founded with the intent of breaking down social and racial barriers that keep us divided, to create a beautiful tapestry of art in our "Quilt City" that is based on unity, harmony, and inclusion, for the legacy of Paducah's Arts & Culture.
